Terms
Clear expectations.
Better projects.
These general terms are a plain-language summary and are not formal legal advice. The accepted quotation defines the final agreement for each project.
Scope and quotation
Each quotation confirms the agreed scope, deliverables, pricing, revision rounds and expected timeline. Requests outside that scope may require an additional quotation.
Payment
An agreed advance payment is required before work begins. Final approved files, website transfer or launch access are completed after final payment unless the quotation states otherwise.
Revisions and feedback
Revision limits are confirmed in the quotation. Project timelines depend on clear, consolidated and timely customer feedback.
Domains and third-party costs
Domains, website hosting, licences and other paid third-party services may be quoted separately unless specifically included.
Portfolio presentation
Conceptual portfolio work is labelled clearly and is not presented as commissioned customer work.
